We make without hurry and ship with care. Here is everything you need to know.

Shipping

Every order is prepared by hand in our atelier in the Austin, Texas area, and ships from there. Delivery times begin once your order is confirmed.

You will receive a tracking number by email when your piece leaves the atelier. International orders may be subject to local duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any unworn piece, with its tags and in its original packaging. Write to us at atelier@diosdira.co and we will send you the instructions.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Size exchanges are prioritized and ship free of charge.
• Archive pieces are final sale, except for manufacturing defects.

Defects

If a garment arrives with a defect, we take full responsibility — shipping, replacement or a full refund. Quality is a form of honesty.
